April Julian is a Toronto-based cake artist specializing in hyperrealistic illusion cakes.
April is a Toronto-based Filipino-Canadian cake artist best known as a cast member and runner-up on Season 1 of Netflix’s international hit show, “Is it Cake?”, where she earned the moniker “Titan of Toronto” from host, Saturday Night Live’s Mikey Day.
April has been making mind-bending realistic cake art since 2007. Her cake artistry has won awards and and has been featured in numerous publications, including American Cake Decorating Magazine, Elle Canada, NBC Asian American and Toronto Life.
Whether collaborating with top brands on social media campaigns, appearing at live events, or working with private clients and charities, April generates excitement and engagement with her edible works of art.
